Cookie Story

Now a days cooking has been easy due to Internet. Rather finding recipe is easy. Just type it and get recipe. But trust me, to make something delicious it need great effort, good knowledge and presence of mind. Even if you have recipe in hand and correct ingredients, one must practise over and over again. Then only mind blowing and mouthwatering food will be made.
Two year back I have tried making cookies for my little brother Chaitanya for his birthday. And I remember what a mess I have created out of it. Being a fighter never gave up. Every time ended up making a disastrous rock solid cookies or brittle one. Deep within I badly wanted to make those cookies perfectly because kids love such stuff. So will Tanishqa. Cooking cookies is to impress my little princess once she grows up. It’s like a net practise, to get the title of Super-Mom and Awesome-Cook from her.
We have recently shifted to new place, our own home. During shifting we found three and half year old O.T.G (Oven Toaster Grill). It was gifted by all my collage best buddies. I swear I never used it. I was so reluctant to use it for no good reason.
Today out of blue I used it for making Chocolate Cookie with tutty fruity inside (Shilpas’s favourite). Sneha Nawlikar helped me with settings. Result was splendid. Loved it! My husband loved it too, who is usually on critics-mode most of time about my cooking. His appreciation is like highest remark for me.  I am on cloud nine-mode with freshly homemade chocolate cookies aroma filled in my house. It seems like I am going to get a good and pleasant sleep tonight.

Thank you all my B.B.F. (Snehal Joshi, Sneha Nawlikar, Sonali kewatkar, Snehal Banode and Smita Khaswal) who decided to get me a wonderful wedding gift, never appreciated it until today.
